Interview
Phone screen by HR - asked questions about skill set, past experience, etc. This was followed by an invitation for onsite interview. There is a wonderlic test that checks for basic logic/analytical ability (IQ?). You get 15 minutes for 45 questions or so. It's a fairly simple test and I believe I got most if not all correct. A two person panel interview followed - basic HR questions and a puzzle or two
There was a written test based on logical and quantitative aptitude. It was followed by 2 rounds of interviews. They asked few basic questions about Finance and knowledge of mortgage industry.

Interview
3-4 rounds. One face to face. Rest all on call. I was given offer within 2 months of the process once started. Mainly to check communication skills & confidence. Prior knowledge of the industry is not mandatory. Just be confident & show your willingness to join the firm.
