OnePoint Global interview questions

First round was Technical written test,this test had 12 question of average type followed by technical F2F,in this round there was 2 seniors who took my interview ,they asked some technical question about my projects which i have done, push notification,iOS Framework, upload app to app store ,provisioning profile and many others. After that there was one more round that is system task, they asked me to do one simple task that i have done easily. This was one day process , after cleared all the round HR call me for a talk , she is very soft spoken person and ll talk to you very politely , she said all company details ,policy,employee benefit,work timing all those thing and told me that if everything is OK then she will again call me for another round of interview would be on Skype with a person from head of the management team and he is from UK . So after that i left and after some days HR call me and told that you have cleared all the round and as said earlier you ll have Skype interview by a given date. SO i went that given date and my Skype interview happened with that person , and believe me he is such a nice person and talk to you nicely over you expected .He asked me some general question like how soon you can join,your home town,what you used to do in free time..etc after that explain all about this organisation at last he asked me to call the HR in same cabin and same Skype call so I call the HR she came in the cabin and told me to wait outside and they were talking some time . After she spoke to that person call me to the cabin and as i asked to hr about my feedback and what i ll think i m going to be in or out she told me that she yet to have my status but after talking to that person she thinks that result is 80% positive . Lastly i supposed to get a call next week Monday for final confirmation as she said the same. Till now everything was going good and and i was waiting for the day(Monday) with a hope but what happened next Monday gone,Tuesday gone i didn't get a call so called to HR and i asked about my status ,she told me that she didn't get the final status and need 1 more day means Wednesday she supposed to call but Wednesday came but i didn't get call , after that day by day passing , 2 week passed didn't get a call so i called again multiple times but she didn't received my call for a single time . 4 weeks passed so again i called the HR but luckily she received my call so asked her what is my status it is positive or came negative if it is negative then also fine you just tell me the reason why i got rejection if I m rejected so next time i can improve through it but she told that she was on leave for some days and the company currently not hiring and you don't worry you are till not rejected and i also don't know when they will select your profile and if in case you get rejection i ll let you know and next week Monday i ll sure tell you the final status . Now its over a month i still waiting for a call for both cases rejection or selection all though i know i ll not get a call from HR . Last of all one suggestion from me to the management team of OnePoint Global that if you call a candidate for interview and if he cleared all those round and all last if you promised to give a call for final confirmation within a given time then please don't keep that candidate on hold for over a month ,you should tell them the final status. Thank You.

Applied though glassdoor. Interview was ok like. This company dose not even have a proper interview room. They made me seat in a closed Store Room (without Ac and also dint have any ventilation). HR was not available for the process. some one else came and asked me for my CTC. Person also wrote it on my resume and gave it to the concerned developers who took my resume. That was very unprofessional. Some one was getting fired on the phone, in other room (could hear it in store room, so you can imagine) :D . Office ambience is also very dull. Dint like the company overall.
