The interview process consisted of five rounds in total, including meetings with a recruiter, teammates, the hiring manager, internal partners, and a senior leader. While the number of rounds might have seemed daunting initially, the recruiter served as an excellent guide and resource throughout the entire process. I was very impressed by the recruiter, as well as everyone else I met during the interviews. This positive interaction solidified my impression that OneDigital fosters a strong company culture.
