Interview
Loose, informal, unclear - had advertised for Shift Manger full time, wanted to start me as a regular college on minimal hour contract. Changed mind several times and eventually committed to offer the job as advertised before a day later making the 'deputy manager' of which there was no formal position. This manager has now left the business but it is a fair example of how the company runs as a whole.

Interview
It was simple and easy, had it over the phone and got the job, they asked about my previous work history and what my job entitled as well as my availability and if I currently had or will have any other extra commitments.

1 on 1 interview with store manager on site.
Really nice interview. Didn’t take long at all. Quite informal and a good experience overall. Asked pre set questions from a sheet but generally just wanted to get to know me.
Very easy, asked very simple questions, nothing in too much detail and all very casual. There was someone else there to take notes but other than that it's 1 on 1 with the store manager
