It is a 2 step process. Super easy. As long as you are cute and know how to dress well you will get a call back. The first interview is just to see your personality and how you would probably interact with their clients. Interest in the industry obviuosly helps and interest in sales. If you dont like commission this job is not for you.the second is a working interview where you help with open call, take photos, measure everyone and sit in on the managers presentation. After that they will decide if they like you or not to continue. Its a very easy process and as long as you seem that you can negotiate and stand your own you would be a good fit.

You are judged on what you are wearing and how pretty you are! There is no structure when it comes to this company. You meet the office director and if they think you are pretty and easy to control they will hire you. They love hiring younger girls ages 18-23 because they are easy to scam. Scam meaning they tell you that you will make an hourly rate or commission. Just wait! Your first paycheck for two weeks is going to be very small. They will tell you your next paycheck will be better, and change the numbers they submit to payroll if they want to keep you around! This Company is very unethical!
