Skype interview - it was pretty unprofessional and the lady asked some basic questions about your experience. After one Skype interview, she offered me a job to tutor kids. The questions were very basic but she was very nice.

Sent my resume on Indeed, got emailed with an interview request, received an interview in person with hiring manager (~1 hour), taught subjects to the team that I said I was proficient in (they gave me time to prep), matched with students and found a solid base of clients to work with.
