Interview process was easy, they just ask you basic questions, but you must have 2 years new york FINE DINING experience before you can work here. The interviewer was very nice. Be prepared to give your best everytime you work.
If you have fine dining experience in new york, you'll do fine. Knowing their food/cuisine is a plus
