One Earth Future Foundation interview questions

1 Hour Interview with the HR recruiter, 1 Hour Interview with the Team. The HR recruiter asked direct questions related to the job description based on your resume. The hiring manager showed up over thirty minutes late, and they mostly asked questions about work styles and what you brought to the role. The recruiter had a clearer sense of the role it seemed than the hiring manager.

They accidentally e-mailed me before the interview telling me my application was no longer being considered. After the interview, I received the same e-mail but unfinished. Unprofessional? Weird? I don't think I'll apply to any more positions here....
