Interview
After applying for the UX/UI Designer role at One Call through Indeed, I was excited to be invited to complete a project—a new 3-4 page website prototype—with a tight 5-day deadline. Despite the short notice, I dedicated myself to the task and successfully submitted the project. Following this, I was promptly invited to an in-person interview at their offices, which I attended after taking a day off from work. The interview, lasting approximately 20 minutes, primarily focused on basic competency questions and informal conversation. Although I left feeling confident about the interview and was informed that I would receive an update by the following week, I have yet to receive any communication. While disappointing, I remain hopeful that my experience prompts One Call to provide feedback or at least update candidates respectfully.
