Interview
Very quick process. They bring you in and talk to you for 5 minutes. They then tell you that they want to bring you in the next day for a "working interview." That consists of soliciting from business to business trying to sell things. Don't even bother applying here.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at OnPoint OC (Orange, CA) in Jun 2014
Interview
They have one their assistants call you. They provide a very vague overview of what you will be doing to get you in the office like "how would you like to work in an environment with high growth, earning potential, sales skills and potential to be an entrepreneur?" Anyone in their right mind would say sure to this question. It's really 100% commission door-to-door sales of coupons. They make it sound like there is only 2 positions open (they turnover people every week & there is unlimited number of positions). The interview itself is rather normal and they tend to focus on what entrepreneurial tendencies you might possess. When asked direct questions about the nature of the work they try to be as vague as possible, because it's not a desirable position. What they want to sell you on is the incentive, which you eventually discover is inflated and unrealistic as well.

Question 1
Do you have any entrepreneurial or sales experience?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OnPoint OC (Orange, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
The interview process was very short and uninformative. I showed up to the office, where multiple others were sitting in the waiting room. After waiting for about 15-20 minutes, I was let in for the interview. They asked very brief questions and acted like they didn't have time to try to get to know me or answer any questions I had. I was in the interview for maybe 5 minutes total, and never heard from them again. It was a waste of time as I'm not sure how they could get anything from an interview that brief.
