I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Omnilytics (Sandy, UT) in Jan 2016
Interview
Called in for interview and made it to second round interviews. I couldn't reply to phone call immediately so the receptionist told me to leave a message for the lab manager. I did and I called back 2 days later to confirm but the lab manager was not available. Showed up on day of interview prepared but was told by staff the receptionist never passed my message to the lab manager. Tried calling the guy 1 hour later like the staff told me to and had to leave another message. I tried calling back every day but was told to leave messages but I never got any sort of reply. I got frustrated and emailed the lab director and the next day they sent me a generic email saying how despite my "impressive background," they decided to hire someone else without never letting go through my second round interview. Don't get too excited with this company, the management is unprofessional and will not accept mistakes, they will not care about you.

Question 1
How do you deal with repetitiveness in laboratory work?
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Omnilytics (Sandy, UT) in May 2013
Interview
Well, it was pretty standard. I emailed my resume to the HR rep and got a call for an interview three months later. Overall it took two interviews over the course of almost 5 months before I actually started work.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None. They were standard questions to make sure you could speak. They cared more about established laboratory skills and experience.
