I applied in-person. I interviewed at Omnifortuna (Miami, FL) in Jan 2019
Interview
I do not reccomend working here because they do not pay fairly. I would not have worked here knowing what I had learned over the course of my time there.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Omnifortuna (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Oct 2016
Interview
RUN AND STAY FAR AWAY. COMPANY IS A SCAM.
Initial process was me and another candidate interviewing at the same time. From there I was called to return for an "on-site" interview and test run. They made it seem like you would have a legit communications position and the "on-site" portion was to meet clients, potential customers, etc. This site turned out to be a Best Buy ALL THE WAY IN MIAMI when their office is located in downtown Fort Lauderdale. To make matters worse, it was never disclosed where the site visit would be before hand or what type of attire to wear. I'm thinking the employee who I was paired with was going to escort me or have me drive my own car following him. NOT AT ALL. It was on me to drive us both all the way to Miami (which made me a little uncomfortable since I did not know the employee well). Once we arrived at the Best Buy I am still thinking we are going to meet managers or higher up execs. Again, NOT THE CASE AT ALL. Instead, I was to watch the employee I was paired with "work on-site." His job turned out to be one of the people who are in Best Buy trying to get customers to sign up for Comcast on tablets. It was horrible seeing how annoyingly persistent he was to the many shoppers at Best Buy. At this point it has been a good 2 hours and I have been standing in heels (in pain). I was trying to think of every possible way to exit this interview. Finally, it was over and I did not take the Omnifortuna employee back to their office, I didn't even return to the office for their follow-up questions regarding the on-site visit.

Question 1
Please do not waste your time even applying to Omnifortuna or their sister company MarketStorm Global located in the same building and office. 90% of their employees are either in college still or recent graduates. They target them becuase they know they (including myself at the time) are looking for entry-level positions in related fields.
I applied online and received a confirmation email to set up a phone interview. They lure applicants to come to downtown Miami to meet with the director and they vaguely tell you about the company over the phone. this positions are to stand at best buy and promote products, all commission based.
