First interview with HR then another round with the Account Director. Interview with the HR is pretty casual. He ask about myself, what did I do in the past and what are my interests. The job was kind of urgent and they need someone to work right away. It was a foot in the door since this is my 1st job in Melbourne so I accept the offer. The second interview with the Account Director was that she didn't interview me at all but instead explain me the company structure and my responsibilities to the job.
