Human Resources set up a phone screen. Contacted me at the set time. Her background was very noisy. I believe she was in her car, there was a lot of noise and I could not really hear. The most unprofessional phone screen that I have has so far. If you want candidates to give you their undivided attention with a quiet background during a phone screen, please do the same.
