Interview
I applied online and was invited to attend an initial interview (pretty short notice - had to go on the next day). It lasted 15 mins in which they explained about the role and asked about my experience.
I never heard back from them but from the details I learned on the day I figured this is not what I'm looking for anyway. You start from a basic distributor/promoter at events. The second stage of the process was supposed to be a day at an event.
Not worth my time spent traveling to London.

Interview
Very friendly staff, but job profile was not accurate which led to a mis-sale on the occupation being advertised. Buttered up the role. got through to second stage for an observation day.. Which meant standing in cold watching a employee, for training and to test my skills.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at OmniLotus (London, England) in Sep 2015
Interview
5 min initial interview - no information except a scribble on your cv. Next day: full day "observation" where you're sat in a cafe by an aggressive guy telling you you can make 100k a year. They were standing in the rain promoting Vanquis.
