Went to a mass interview. Probably over 200 applicants. Had 3 rounds of interviews from the manager I would be under, the assistant HR manager, and the HR manager. I was hired on the spot.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Omni Hotels (Rancho Mirage, CA)
Interview
Two interviews within 2 weeks. First with department director, second with department manager. 10-15 minute interviews, no drug test. Had to reach out to HR several times as they had difficulty reaching my professional references.

Interview
I received a call and was offered a job. They set up a interview date for us to talk about the position and I was interviewed a week later. The interview was not hard and I was offered a job after the interview. I accepted the offer. The employees there are so nice.
