Interview
All seemed pretty straight up until I got on property. Then found myself interviewing with people who had no clue what job I was to do and no real thoughts about how I could improve things. It seemed real odd however going into the Sales Department, what you thought was a connection on the phone - got there in person and it just vanished. Hotel has been interviewing for this position for close to a year? See a potential problem with this hotel? Left thinking, stand a pretty good chance told that there was 2 of us - wow great odds. Well I guess 2 of us for that week, so it can go on and on. Property also felt like they were a 3 star product playing wanna be as a 4 star hotel with 2 star guests. Real confusing.

Interview
Had an initial phone screen with someone in HR. She was incredibly nice and it was a very relaxed conversation. I was then asked to interview with 2 managers. HR scheduled the interview and told me the names of the managers I would be meeting with. When I showed up for the interview, the first manager I met with was extremely nice and we had a very relaxed interview. Anyway, the manager wasn't very prepared for my meeting. I then met with a second manager who only had a few minutes and we ended up rushing through the interview. Manager #2 wasn't prepared to meet with me. With all that being said, I felt the interviews went well. Based on my experience, I was more than qualified for the position.

I was not asked any of the typical interview questions...It was more of a general discussion and was asked some specific questions about some things related to their department.
Long and disorganized and took over 3 months. I came back 6 times to meet with different people because of their schedules and they kept having to rearrange the meetings and interviews

Interview
Very basic. Did not take more than 15 mins and managers were very hard to read. I wish that they would have taken more time to speak with me as I was interested in the position.
