      Account Executive Interview

      Dec 23, 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Culver City, CA
      Accepted offer

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Omelet (Culver City, CA)

      Interview

I was brought in for 3 interviews, and the first 2 were with very low level staff members with little experience. Honestly, it was pretty embarrassing because the interviewees knew so little about the role. The last interview was with a woman with 2 years of experience, and it wasn't much better than the first 2. She was delightful, but she knew little of how things work on an account team.

      Question 1

Being asked the maximum number of clients I would be willing to accept. It's strange to think of this job in those terms.
