This review is pretty old but they might still have a sucky process who knows. There was a phone interview, an onsite interview and an HR phone interview. The interviews actually went great. The sucky part was they had hired a 3rd party recruiter to guide me through the process (which was totally unnecessary considering the in-house team managed the scheduling and everything). This recruiter guy would call me now and then and give me some useless advice. And when he asked me what is my expected salary, I told the market standard. He was like "no no you have to ask for less otherwise you would not get the job". I said "I was flexible for negotiation, but this is my expectation". He, for some reason, took offense and I'm pretty sure he meddled in the interview process and ensured I didn't get the job (considering that the final HR phone conversation couldn't have been better). He was the one who informed me I didn't get the job and I got no response from Olympus.
