One phone call with their HR, then a phone call with a hiring manager followed by an on-site interviews. I found the on-site interviews to be very poorly planned and they really went out of their way to make it as difficult as possible by purchasing the cheapest 'basic economy' plane ticket (so i couldn't even bring a carry-on, on to the plane and had to spend $60 to check it), and they wouldn't even get me rental car so I had to bum Uber rides using vouchers (that didn't work) spending way more than a 24 hour car rental would have ever been. The interview itself was poorly scheduled, no questions were prepared ahead of time, and I ended up spending a good amount of time just wandering around the facility with the manager, not even meeting with key management and directors.
Going from interview to offer and then accepting the offer and going through final steps was so impersonal and poorly managed by their HR team I ended up moving on to other offers I had from much more professional organizations.
