Positives: -The team is consistently in touch with you and updates you about the process. -The recruiter was prompt in responding to my emails. -Transparent about next steps. Negatives: -Required to do a 4-5 hour case study with very unclear expectations. Take home assignment where I had to answer a set of questions using data. Heavy quantitative questions but the feedback I got was that my answers were not in-depth enough despite having all the correct answers. That said, even from the interview, it seemed like they were looking for someone from a similar background (consulting) as them. In my feedback, it sounded like they wanted a deep story told with the data even if the answers were incorrect. -Not invited to present my findings despite spending 4 hours on a weekend doing the case study. No evaluation of your presentation skills, your data and ppt deck just have to be exactly what they were looking for. -They spent most of the time talking about herself. In a 45 minute interview, watched the clock and noticed they had spoken 12 minutes before I got a word in. -Overall, very disappointed with the process despite a huge interest in the company. Very time demanding process with the 45 min technical interview and 4 hour case study. Sort of saw it coming because they were from a consulting background and clearly favored consulting backgrounds despite the job description welcoming all backgrounds. Wish this company luck but the hiring process needs to be refined or you are going to lose a lot of talent who doesn't have the time to jump through the hoops I jumped through.

Interviewed for two positions with them for a total of 5 interviews completed. The process seemed unrefined and strange that I was interviewing at such a small start-up and both hiring managers didn't realize I was interviewing for another position. After the first interview they have you do a case study which is very similar to the consulting world and strange for a supply chain position. Overall, the interviews were good, but the scheduling was more of a headache.
