Phone interview, with a recruiter at Oliver Peoples for design intern position. Thought interview went well and I was asked about my availability for in person interview. Once I gave a date, the recruiter suddenly had "computer troubles" with her computer and stated she could not access her scheduling program and she would call me back in a "few hours". If the "computer troubles" was not enough to warn me that I was getting the brush off for not having answered one of their questions the way they wanted, the "call you back in few hours" comment certainly tipped me off. Anyhow never received that call back, but that's no surprise. Very unprofessional way to get someone off the phone. Would have been better if recruiter had just said she would forward my application to hiring manager than outright lie, about my chances. My advice to management, don't hire recruiters fresh out of college, it makes your company look bad. Overall a negative experience and would not reapply here for different opening.
