Old World Industries interview questions

I first completed a phone screening with HR, followed by a Microsoft Teams interview with the hiring manager. I was then invited for an onsite interview, where I met with two directors and the hiring manager. The hiring manager did not recall details from our Teams interview, which had taken place less than two weeks earlier. Following the onsite interview, I did not receive any follow-up communication, despite reaching out to HR for an update. They completely ghosted me.

Two step interview process. First was an HR screen with a coordinator to make sure you were qualified. Second was an in person interview with two of the hiring managers and senior management.
