CV shortlisting by consultant- CV shortlisting by Olam- confirmation on the same by consultant- HR calls and Introduces the companies activities and everything which candidate want to know- HR confirms the date and time of face to face Interview- face to face interview by panel- feedback to the consultant/candidate on for the same- Negotiation and offers- confirmation of joining date by candidate- HR sends the mandatory information regarding medical- kits required to be taken, Vaccination etc-

mostly on the things which one is supposed to carryout. General questions on family and candidates willingness to relocate is seen, candidates ability to perform the job is Evaluated, question on past Experiences etc.
