Interview process was streamlined and conducted by 3 separate interviews with those I would be working with directly. Last interview was held on-site and involved several people from different departments as well as exercises to test aptitude for job description.

All windows that allow observation into a room have been banned. How do we allow viewers to see inside the room as they could by looking through a window?
