I had a phone screening interview with an HR Representative first which was a very basic and short conversation about my background. I had a second interview onsite with the Marketing department and spoke with a Senior Specialist and the Manager. It lasted about an hour and a half to talk to both people. It was relatively casual and I felt very comfortable during the interview.
