Pretty simple, interviewed by the three supervisors at the same time and asked generic "what would you do" "how would you handle this situation" type questions. They seemed more interested in how you handle the job rather than particular knowledge of tests.

Phone interview with a clueless HR assistant. Couldn’t tell me hours or anything. She was very polite and validated my parking. Waited 40 mins to meet a supervisor who had no clue why I was there.
