The interview process consists with the following:
- First, is an Initial Phone Interview. It consisted on Behavioral interview questions.
- Next, is an Onsite Interview. The hiring managers will schedule a date for you to come in.
- Last, the people that interview you will determine the best fit for you.

Interview
You'll interview with a couple pharmacy managers and a couple lead technicians. They ask mostly behavioral type questions. The interview process is fairly easy overall. I would focus your answers more on the lead techs, as they have a lot of say behind the scenes. They also know better what to look for when interviewing people.

Was pretty standard interview process met management and they asked about me and my life, as well as some standard interview questions. Got to meet everyone and learn more about the job, as well as the leadership sharing some of their background.
