Interview
The interview was a three-stage process. I applied online, received an invite for the first interview with someone from the team, received the task to complete within 4 days, and the final interview was with two other people from the team.
Everything happened online due to COVID but I enjoyed it regardless of that fact. I found questions to be quite easy and I am usually a person that does not do great in interviews. They were more focused on the cultural fit than work experience, as it was an entry-level position.
Even though the other candidate received the offer, I still found the process positive. The team was very nice and encouraging, and they seem to have a very healthy work environment. Was bummed (and still am) for days because I did not get the job.

Tuve una entrevista telefónica donde preguntaron por mi experiencia, intereses, nivel de inglés, etc. A la semana concertaron una 2ª y última entrevista con el responsable de mi departamento, donde detallaron las funciones del puesto, así como las cuentas con las que trabajaría. A la hora me llamaron para comunicarme que había sido la persona seleccionada.

It’s a lengthy process and had multiple level of approval. It can take up to a month for the offer letter to be receives post interviews. First interview can be with an account manager and then with a VP.
