I attended two interviews and two written tests in June 2018.
Before doing the interview, I had to complete a long written test first!
The test was separated into 3 parts and had to be finished within 1.5 hrs
a) Read a Chinese news story about IT development and generate an English article
b) Translation of 2 press releases ( one was translated from Chinese to English and vice versa)
2 individual interviews were followed by the written tests.
1st interview (Around 30 minutes; English interview)
The deputy managing director asked a staggering questions about my previous experience as a communication officer.
Then, the director came to interview me in Cantonese. Actually, he mainly introduced the background information of the company instead of asking me a lot.
After 2 days, I received an email from HR that I had to complete another written test in 1.5 hrs. Fortunately, I could do it at home.
2nd written tests:
a) Write a short English press release - your company is having a product launch and a huge donation to a reputable company in Hong Kong.
b) Design a six-month social media programme for promoting the initiative above.

c) Translated a press release from English to Chinese. It was about the development of hybrid cloud.
3 days later, I was informed to be a new employee!
