They will ask you about previous experience and examples of showing teamwork and helping others, and similar stuff. They then ask your availability and preferred hours per week and preferred shifts.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Officeworks (Sydney) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was average and I never heard back from them. The interview has quite a few questions with two staff members. Some of the questions were quite specific and difficult to answer.
