Connected via a recruiter and had various Informal conversations with various partners and the HR team culminating in a final face to face interview with the head of practice. End to end process took about a month.

Interview
Numerous interviews with consultants and researchers. One on one interviews that followed the standard structure in the executive search industry. No surprises. Some psychometric testing included. All in all, it was quite standard and should not suprise anyone, who did the process in a different executive search firm.

Structured, informative, constructively critical of my CV which was too detailed. Lot’s of engagement from people at all levels while I was in the process. I met many partners, it was not quick.
