My process was a little different. I knew the director and she knew I was looking for a new type of job and she gave me the chance to prove myself. I spoke with the assistant manager and she was impressed with my appearance and how quickly I got the required documents.

A set of predetermined questions are asked, and then you provide your answers. Discussion of benefits and work schedules may be included. Once the first interview is done you may be given a second that is more of a meet and greet for a higher up to put a face with the name. They list some of the questions on their website.

Interview
My interview was quick and casual. I didn't feel awkward or pressured to give any specific answers. The center director went over my resume and asked me questions about my experiences. Then she asks me some behavioral questions. I was hired that same day and I quickly accepted the offer.
