I applied online and was contacted shortly after. When I arrived, I was led to the waiting room where I was joined shortly after by a group of four people. The group consisted of an IT director, developer, designer, and manager. They asked me a few questions and I showed them my work. I got a call back the same day and met the owner. He was very nice. We discussed salary, benefits, and various aspects of the job. I received a tour of the office and was eventually offered the job.
