Managers and recruiter are unaligned. One day you hear from a manager that he is interested in hiring you, the day after you hear that founder is not interested at all and next thing you know is recruiting responsible is reaching out to you again saying they have a vacancy.
Overall, I found such approach not professional at all. People deserve a feedback at least for not proceeding further after all those steps and tasks during interviewing process.
I am truly sorry that I wasted my time on such experience.. Anyone deserves a professional and valued approach for spending time.
