Obility interview questions

Two phone interviews, the interviewer was late on the second call, and then sent two rejection emails. The interviewer stated that it was a new position, but the reviews here seem to indicate otherwise. Maybe I dodged a bullet not moving forward.

Start with a phone screen, then to an in-person interview where you meet with your potential boss and some potential teammates. During this first in-person interview there is also a skills assessment. Finally, there is a final round where you meet again, and have to prepare a short presentation to gauge presentation skills.
