Interview was very thorough and straightforward. Very pleasant hiring manager. One of the best interviews I have had to do. Would recommend applying for part-time if you are attending college in the area.

talked about retail sales associate roles, along with the expectations for employees. Product knowledge is a huge piece of being a part of the retail sales associate role as well as being a good person

Interview
A group interview and info session about Luxottica, followed by an individual interview shortly after on the same day. Fairly standard group interview and individual interview questions. They then offered me a role not long after that.

Very easy to talk to employer. Comfortable setting where they give you a run down of your expectations and tasks for the role that you are applying for. Employer was also very open to answering any questions that I had in regards to my concerns I had about the job and answered in a very professional manner.
