Was nice to meet several people, but it was very lengthy (3 hours). Asked the same questions over and over as they came in individually.
I would have preferred a panel.

Met my manager for a coffee in a lovely bar and had an informal chat about experience. Went onto met the Senior Manager virtually, and then the MD virtually too. Everything was conversational and I was put at ease.

The worst process I have ever been through. They rescheduled the interview 4 times, each time on the day! This was a while ago when I was desperate for a job, no one should tolerate such incompetent scheduling.
Even after all that, I had to chase for feedback.
