Since this is a postdoctoral position, ORNL places greater emphasis on the alignment between the candidate's research background and the position. Overall, the interview process was pleasant and enjoyable. I strongly recommend it!

It was not that easy. They asked very hard questions. I could answer some of them, but not all. There were 12 people to ask questions. Each asked two questions
Had two rounds of interview with Oak Ridge National Lab, both online. The first one is screening interview, second one is a full-day virtual on-site interview with a job talk and several one-on-one interviews. It was a good experience.
