Interview
2 rounds of Face to Face interview were held firstly. Then 2 rounds of telephonic interview with the region Head and 1 round of HR negotiation on salary. Finally got the offer letter that too with lesser expected salary
4 interviews via video . Very disorganized . many missed interviewed calls and the interview process was very easy but also disorganized. its all a learning process for everyone.. But overall i do understand this was a startup company for the USA and it all has its steps.
normal, nothing out of ordinary. Gd process followed by 2 interviews. they were looking for people who were confident and answer their questions without hesitations . be thorough with your CV and internships.
