OYO is a talent hungry company that sought candidates with high potential prior to fitting them to positions. Interviews were much more behavioral- focusing on fit and experience. There were only 3 rounds- one with recruiting manager (virtual), one with hiring manager (virtual), and one on site with 3-5 different teams.

Interview process is very basic. Due to staff shortage focus was to hire as many candidates as possible. This of late has shown results wherein overall quality has gone down and it has led to unnecessary burden where now they have to fire employees
