I interviewed with OXEA recently and found the experience to be quite disappointing. The interview environment felt unwelcoming and even hostile, particularly at the leadership level. I encountered a lack of open-mindedness and felt that my expertise was underestimated. There seemed to be little interest in diverse perspectives or genuine respect for candidates who bring a strong background. Overall, it gave me several red flags, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others looking for a respectful and inclusive workplace.
