It's wasn't a very pleasant experience.
First the recruiter was very nice and asked all basic questions. however toward the end i was told that the interview process takes 8 weeks. (that's their freedom, i totally understand)
I qualified for the following round and i reached out 3 TIMES to the recruiter to reconfirm that the process takes 8 weeks because i was already in offer stages and i didn't want to wait for 8 weeks and waste my time and their time. They clearly emailed me back telling that they will check and get back to me. ( They didn't ) and i was automatically declined because i wanted clarification on this point.
so be careful, don't ask questions because they might disqualify you
Whole process was a couple of weeks. Initial phone interview with basic HR experience and behavioral questions. Followed by a scheduled panel interview of four - best interview experience I've ever had. Communication between the interviewers reflected a lot of positive teamwork. Spoke for about an hour with HR question led discussions as well as my own questions about the position.
