One of the things that "won" me was the resourcing process. Their HR department were really nice to deal with, including sending me good luck wishes right before each interview. They also kept me in the loop on the process, including letting me know that they would have an update for me the following week right before the weekend. It was a nice touch and I really enjoyed the process.

The interview process was well organized and professional. It started with an initial screening call from HR, followed by a first interview with the direct supervisor, and then a final interview with senior management. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely. HR was very responsive and kept me updated at every stage. Overall it was a smooth and positive experience.

The meetings lasted less than an hour each. They were very accommodating towards me.
