OSI Engineering interview questions

First interview was with the delivery manager who was curt, entitled, unprofessional and not sure how they added value to the interview process. It’s generally that you’ll interview with the hiring manager first but this extra hoop seems subjective. With a contracting agency you’re not really reporting to the client. Instead it’s the agency so keep in mind this is who is responsible for all your HR matters.

I met with the Sales Manager as well as the President of the company and it was a great interaction. It was a very quick interview process (just two rounds, done in the same week).
