The interview was over the phone, During which the interviewer asked questions to determine if I met the minimum qualifications for the position. Afterward, they invited me for a one-on-one in-person interview. During the interview, they asked various questions to assess my skills, experience, and fit for the company culture. After the interviews, they will go over them with their hiring team and give me a callback.
