OPTOMI PROFESSIONAL SERVICES. interview questions

I was contacted independently for a role by a recruiter with this company by the name of Reagan on LinkedIn. After some back and forth and a phone interview they felt I was qualified for a contract role that I then submitted my resume for. What I found to be highly off putting was the radio silence that followed me sending them my resume. I know recruiters are busy but it’s very insulting to talk a candidate up enough to get their resume and then just ghost the entirely when THEY are the intermediary between the candidate and the hiring company. Very unprofessional and way too common in the contract recruitment industry.
