The interview process adhered to standard protocol, encompassing meetings with various representatives, including a recruiter, the hiring manager, a fellow team member, and a panel consisting of two cross-functional team members. Notably, there was no request for a take-home assignment, with a predominant emphasis on the demonstration of my expertise and experience through practical skillset demonstrations during the interview sessions. The interviews encompassed a diverse array of typical questions, facilitating constructive discussions with the team. Following the conclusion of my interview rounds, I awaited eagerly for the subsequent steps in the selection process or a prospective offer from OPSWAT. Regrettably, since the panel interview, there has been a notable absence of communication from the recruiter who was previously responsible for providing updates on my candidacy. It has now been three weeks since my last interaction with the OPSWAT team. As a candidate who devoted considerable time and effort to the interview process, I would have greatly appreciated at least some form of communication pertaining to the status of my application and candidacy. In a fiercely competitive job market, such transparency and feedback are invaluable.
