OMNOVA Solutions interview questions

Easy. It’s a sit down with 4 or 5 members. Some technical questions and a few behavioral questions. Nothing too hard and I honestly don’t think they had people in there asking questions that actually knew the answer I was giving was correct

I applied for a process engineer role on 2/18/19 and was contacted the next day via email to schedule a phone interview with the talent acquisition manager. We agreed upon a phone interview on 2/21/19, with the Omnova representative confirming that he would call me. I did not receive the phone call during the time slot we agreed upon. I was in a location with confirmed cell coverage and did not miss any calls. I emailed the representative and expressed my openness to reschedule, and have not hear back since then. While I hope everything is ok for the Omnova representative, I can't help but think that this is a very unprofessional look for the company. If this is how Omnova Solutions conducts business with prospective hires, than I believe I would be better off not pursuing a career with this organization. As of 3/2/19, the process engineer position is still posted online.
