Pleasant and easy. Manager ask general questions and do not dog to deep. They care that you want to make money and work and will be nice to the guest as they arrive. Be helpful and a team player
Simple interview; asked for availability and why I want to be a host. Be prepared to explain any previous customer service experience. Very casual, do not worry about clothing or other formalities. Location dependent I'm sure.
